We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction, and timely deliveries. Customers are responsible for providing accurate product names and numbers and for selecting fabrics and wood colors prior to placing orders.
Orders require a 50% deposit, and net 30 days terms. Orders for Durable Medical Equipment usually ship within three days. Most furniture orders will ship within four to six weeks based on the availability of the fabric you use. Our fabric selector will tell you if the fabric you choose is in stock.
No order can be returned without written authorization.
All deliveries are by semi-trucks, and they must have access to deliver. All deliveries are tailgate deliveries. The driver will hand you the furniture from the tailgate. It is your responsibility to provide the labor to unload, unbox, examine for damage, and move into position. Lift-gate service is available as an option on most deliveries.
Please examine all boxes before final acceptance. If you find damaged or unacceptable products, please note the damage on the bill of lading and return the damaged items with the driver. The damaged item will be automatically returned to the factory for replacement.
Please open every box, and make a note of the damaged items on the bill Of lading, and return the damaged items with the drivers.
If you find concealed damage after the driver leaves, you will have to file a freight claim with the trucking company.
All freight charges are prepaid and added to your invoice.
STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED UNLESS SPECIFIED. IF TAX EXEMPTION IS CLAIMED, CERTIFICATE OR NUMBER IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF PURCHASE.
The original purchaser is protected against defective workmanship or quality for a period of one year from the date of purchase. We accept payments by credit card or money transfer. Credit card payments are made at checkout and funds are transferred at checkout. You will receive a order confirmation email once your order has been processed. Your order will be placed electronically with the factory. All orders will be shipped within six weeks or less.
We have many products that quick ship within three working days. All of our products ship within six weeks or less. We are always trying to expand our inventory of quick ship products. We do not store products for customers that have construction delays. When you purchase from a shopping cart the product will ship quickly six weeks or less. If delays occur you will be responsible for receiving and storing the products at your expense.
